Real Estate Paralegal

Angela is our real estate paralegal.  With her extensive background in real estate, she is a great asset to us and our clients. Angela also assists clients with funding their trusts and helps Mr. Collins with the formation of LLCs, FLPs, and Corporations.   

Lynn

Funding Coordinator

Lynn works with our attorneys to organize and implement the funding of revocable living trusts. Trust funding is a precise and complex process. Lynn works closely with clients and their financial planners to make the funding process strightforward and pleasant. Her background as a Trust Officer makes her particularly well suited for this vital role.  Lynn also has an extensive background in estate administration and often helps our attorneys administer probate estates.

Christa

Post Mortem Paralegal

Christa is our post mortem paralegal. Her role is to assist attorneys and family members during the administration of a trust or probate estate. Christa has an extensive background in probate and trust administration.

Marsha

Office Administrator

Marsha is the friendly voice of Collins & Collins. She is responsible for helping prospective clients get preliminary information to our attorneys for the initial meeting. She also ensures that our office runs smoothly by keeping everything from our files to our attorneys well organized.
